FAQ's
Are There Any Fees?
We do not charge any fees, nor management fees, or performance fees.
Your only fee would be the cost of wire transfers which is about $15-$50 per transfer & perhaps notaries for signing paperwork.
How Do You Make Money?
We specialize in funding businesses and real estate deals, vetted by our experienced underwriting team; as well as stocks and options.
How Do I Make Money?
Lend to us, and choose how long you will wait to receive back your investment loan plus interest.
How Am I Secured?
We offer a notarized promissory note for length of time and amount agreed upon.
Am I Paid Monthly or All At One Time At The End?
Your interest is paid quarterly (every 3 months) until the length of term. At which point, you will also receive all your capital back.
How Much Interest Will I Make?
Currently 10%-12%.
What If I Need To Withdraw My Capital Earlier Than Planned?
Please do not invest money you need for living expenses. In some cases it may be allowed, but there will be a penalty fee of 10% on capital withdrawn.
Can I Partially Withdraw Some Of My Capital Early?
Only on a case-by-case basis, but with a penalty fee.
